Ex-priests meet with Pontiff

November 11, 2016

Pope Francis met on November 11 with several young men who have left the priesthood, in the latest of his monthly gestures for the Year of Mercy.

The Pope met with seven men—five Italians, a Spaniard, and a Latin American—in an apartment in Rome. The Vatican explained that his visit was intended to “show his closeness and affection towards them.”

The Vatican statement said that the former priests had served in parishes for several years, struggled with loneliness and fatigued, and finally decided to abandon the priesthood and form families.

Maybe this could become an annual event. He'll probably have to find a bigger apartment before long though.

So now it okay to abrogate your vows, make families and no one says this is wrong but you get a private audience with the Pope. Wow sin really pays off unless they are there to confess and turn their lives around which I doubt.
