California prosecutor bringing criminal charges in fetal-parts scandal

October 13, 2016

A California prosecutor is bringing criminal charges against two of the corporations involving in the sale of fetal body parts: a scandal exposed by the underground videotapes produced by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP).

The district attorney of Orange County will seek $1.6 million in fines against DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, two medical companies that were involved with Planned Parenthood in the collection of fetal parts for research.

“The wheels of justice are beginning to turn against Planned Parenthood and their corrupt business partners in the illicit trade in aborted baby body parts,” said David Daleiden, who spearheaded the undercover investigation for CMP.
