The Crux web site has posted a profile of Archbishop Konrad Krajewski, who as papal almoner is in charge of the Holy Father’s private charities.
Archbishop Krajewski has been asked by Pope Francis to direct his attentions primarily to immigrants and the homeless of Rome. He spends his time on the streets, seeking out people in need of food, shelter, and medical help.
