Pope recalls World Day of the Deaf

September 26, 2016

During his September 25 Angelus address, delivered in St. Peter's Square, Pope Francis recalled that the day was the World Day of the Deaf.

“I wish to greet all the deaf people, represented here as well, and encourage them to make their contribution through a Church and a society ever more able to accommodate all,” he said.
