Quebec monastery opens award-winning hotel

A Quebec Augustinian monastery for women that was cloistered until 1965 has been named the top destination for a “mental and physical reboot” by National Geographic Traveler.
The monastery, whose membership has fallen from 170 to eight over the past five decades, opened a boutique hotel last year.
