European Parliament condemns Islamic State 'war crimes' against Christians

The European Parliament has approved a resolution that classifies the Islamic State's campaign against Christians as war crimes.

The resolution states that the Islamic State's killings of Christians and Yazidis are "crimes against humanity," as defined by the International Criminal Court. The European legislators call upon all national leaders to prevent war crimes on their soil.
