'Vatileaks II' trial may be recessed for several weeks

The “Vatileaks II” trial, which opened with a hearing on December 7, may not resume for several weeks.”
At the December 11 hearing, a Vatican tribunal approved a series of defense motions calling for the collection of further evidence and expert testimony. Assembling that evidence will take some time, said Father Federico Lombardi, the director of the Vatican press office.
“A delay of two months is plausible,” Father Lombardi told reporters on December 11.
