Indian state government blocks production of 'Agnes of God'

The government of India’s state of Maharashtra has suspended production of the play, Agnes of God, to avoid offending local Catholics, the Fides news service reports. The state’s government minister for minority affairs ordered a review of the production after receiving protests from a Catholic group.
