September 18, 2015

A parish church in Aden, Yemen, has been looted and set on fire, possibly by local al-Qaeda members, the Fides news agency reported.

According to Vatican statistics, there are only four parishes and 3,000 Catholics in the largely Muslim nation of 25.4 million, where a civil war began in March.
