Pope donates medical supplies to refugee housing center in Rome

Pope Francis has made a donation of medical supplies to a Roman institution that houses immigrants.
The Baobab cultural center, which is overcrowded with recent immigrants, mostly from Ethiopia and Eritrea, received supplies for a medical clinic set up by Solidarity Without Borders to serve immigrants on the streets of the Tiburtina district.
“The Pope never abandons us,” the group’s director said.
