All of the statements that I read address the "decision" as if impersonal. They should be addressing the moral stance of the people who made the decision.

Bishop Blaze Cupisch of Chicago. -- Except, of course, for those babies who are killed in the womb! I can't believe a Catholic Bishop made this statement!
