Focolare co-founder dies

Father Pasquale Foresi, who was ordained in 1954 as the first priest of the Focolare movement, has died at the age of 85.

The movement, which emphasizes a spirituality of unity and is formally known as the Work of Mary, was founded by the Servant of God Chiara Lubich in 1943. The movement considers Father Foresi its co-founder.
