Croatian president meets with Pontiff

Pope Francis met on May 28 with Croatia’s President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, for a discussion that centered on relations between the Holy See and the Croatian republic.
The Vatican reported that the conversation had also turned to the status of ethnic Croatians living in other countries—particularly in Bosnia-Herzegovina, where the Pontiff will be visiting in June.
