Belgian royals meet with Pontiff

Pope Francis met on March 9 with King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium.
A brief Vatican statement released after the meeting said that the “cordial” conversation had centered on bilateral ties between Belgium and the Holy See, but had also touched on education, migration, inter-religious dialogue, and international affairs.
