Victory for Michigan company against HHS mandate

A federal district court has permanently barred enforcement of the HHS mandate against Autocam Medical, a medical-device manufacturer owned by a Catholic family.
The judge had ruled against the company three years ago but cited the 2014 Hobby Lobby decision in his new ruling.
