Kenyan government promises probe into vaccination campaign that included sterilization
November 11, 2014
The Kenyan government has promised a thorough investigation of charges by the Catholic bishops’ conference that women were sterilized without their knowledge as part of a nationwide vaccination campaign.
Catholic health-care workers found that the vaccine used to inoculate young women against tetanus also included a hormone that acts to cause early miscarriages. The Kenyan health ministry has set up an investigative commission to look into that charge.

I recall the stories of the Phillipines campaign being reported by HLI some years ago. It would be easy to dismiss this as a rumor except for a couple of facts. We know of forced sterilization programs being carried out in poor areas of the world. We are aware that those promoting population control programs routinely dismiss the value of human life. Miscarriage is not considered by Americans to be "a highly effective form of birth control" as a snopes.com article puts it.
