Kidnapped Jesuit located in Afghanistan?

Authorities in Afghanistan have reportedly said that they know the whereabouts of a Jesuit priest who was kidnapped earlier this week.
Father Alexis Kumar, the local head of the Jesuit Refugee Service, was seized by gunmen in the Herat province. Police there have arrested a suspect in connection with the kidnapping.
