Jesuit priest abducted in Afghanistan

A Jesuit priest from India has been abducted by gunmen in Afghanistan, the AsiaNews service reports.

Father Alexis Prem Kumar, the director of Jesuit Refugee Service operations in Afghanistan, was seized as he traveled to a school that serves refugees. His captors have not yet been identified.
