Puerto Rico diocese loses court right, must hand over abuse records

A Catholic diocese in Puerto Rico has lost a court battle to stop release of internal records concerning sex-abuse allegations.
The Diocese of Arecibo had brought suit to block a prosecutor’s request for diocesan records. The court, rejecting that suit, ordered the diocese to hand over the records within two weeks.
