Dublin's archbishop condemns 'Maria Divine Mercy' messages

A self-proclaimed visionary who has attracted an internet following under the pseudonym “Maria Divine Mercy” has been firmly condemned by Archbishop Diamuid Martin of Dublin, Ireland.
The Dublin archdiocese released a statement in which Archbishop Martin said that the messages posted by “Maria Divine Mercy” have no ecclesiastical approval and many of the texts are in contradiction with Catholic theology. The statement adds that Catholic institutions should not promote or use these messages.
The statements “Maria Divine Mercy,” who has being highly critical of Pope Francis, has previously rejected by other Catholic prelates. The statement from Archbishop Martin has special importance, however, because of reports that the alleged seer is Mary Carberry, a publicist who lives in Dublin.

Gee, for a minute I thought there was going to be official condemnations concerning the CINO politicians, university staffs, the moneyed, and ex-Jesuits who, for years and years, have proclaimed that they know best about being Catholic: Pelosi; the NYC mayor; the NYC and CA governors, Georgetown, LMU, ND; UD, etc. Guess it isn't their year yet!
