Ernst & Young chosen to audit Vatican economic, administrative policies

The Vatican has contracted with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young to perform an audit of Vatican economic activities and management practices.
The London-based firm was selected to perform the audit for the new papal commission formed to propose changes to the Vatican’s economic and administrative procedures. Ernst & Young will make its findings available to that commission, which in turn will make proposals for reforms.
