Another US appeals court victory for employer challenging HHS verdict

November 13, 2013

The 7th US Circuit Court of Appeals has given a victory to Grote Industries in a challenge to the HHS contraceptive mandate.

Writing for a 2-1 majority, Judge Diane Sykes said that "compelling them to cover these services substantially burdens their religious exercise rights."
