Hungary, Holy See amend concordat
Catholic World News - October 22, 2013
The Holy See has signed a new agreement with the government of Hungary, modifying the concordat of 1997.
The new agreement covers issues including religious education in public schools, the taxing of church properties, funding for restoration of historic churches, and the designation of a portion of taxes to support the Catholic Church.
