India: repeated attacks on Christians in Karnataka

he southwestern Indian state of Karnataka has been the site of 27 attacks on Christians since July, according to an AsiaNews report.
Sajan George, president of the Global Council of Indian Christians (GCIC), characterized Hindu nationalist attacks on Christians in Karnataka as “brutal and relentless.” The Fides news agency reported that there have been recent attacks on Christians in three other Indian states as well.
