May 14, 2013

The Vatican will host a pavilion at an art festival in Venice this year, with a display on the Genesis account of Creation.

Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, the president of the Pontifical Council for Culture, chose the theme for the Vatican’s entry in the Venice Biennale. The pavilion will be developed under the guidance of Antonio Paolucci, director of the Vatican Museums.
