Vatican, Argentina jointly issue stamps to celebrate election of Pope Francis

The Vatican and the government of Argentina, in an unusual joint venture, have produced a series of stamps to celebrate the election of the first Argentine Pontiff.

The 4-stamp series, featuring images of Pope Francis, will have different face values in different countries. The Vatican and Argentina together are producing 250,000 sets of the stamps.
