Court victory for Missouri company against HHS mandate

A US district court judge in Missouri has temporarily prevented enforcement of the HHS mandate against Sioux Chief Manufacturing, a plumbing-supply company owned by a Catholic family.
The judge granted the injunction, which was not contested by the Obama administration, because a higher appellate court is considering two similar cases.
