Churches to receive no 'Sandy' disaster relief?

While the federal government will provide over $60 billion in disaster relief for victims of hurricane Sandy, little if any of that help will go to the hundreds of churches that were damaged by the storm, a Wall Street Journal analysis reports. Federal officials have discouraged applications for relief from houses of worship, apparently seeking to avoid complaints that the government is giving support to religions.
