Congo rebels offer ceasefire
CWN - January 10, 2013
Rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo have announced a ceasefire, after negotiations in Uganda.
Leaders of the “March 23 Movement” urged the government of President Joseph Kabila to join in the ceasefire, but pledged to continue negotiations even if the government refuses to accept the offer.
