Msgr. Charles Pope of the Washington archdiocese lists the five stages of mounting religious persecution, and notes that in the US today, "stages one through four are pretty well in place."

The scariest thing about this article is that is it so on target. Difficult years ahead. I see nothing short of an equivalent of the Fall of Rome and centuries of disruption to bring mankind back to its senses. And back to the Lord.

Too true. The evidence is conclusive, including the oft repeated lie about the Constitution's "separation of Chrush and state" and the big lie about free exercise of religion in the public square amounting to "a government endorsement of religion".
