Agenda announced for US bishops’ fall meeting

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has announced the agenda for its fall meeting, which will take place from November 12-15 in Baltimore. The bishops are scheduled to discuss documents on the economy, the Sacrament of Penance, preaching, and the teaching ministry of the bishop, as well as hear reports on topics as varied as the Church in Haiti and same-sex marriage. In addition, the bishops will conduct a dialogue with bloggers the day before their meeting.
