Italian Catholic weekly decries corruption in local politics
September 25, 2012
The influential Catholic weekly Famiglia Cristiana has blasted public officials in Lazio, the administrative region around Rome, for financial mismanagement.

Famiglia Cristiana, in an angry editorial, denounced the ''indecent squandering of resources that offends the poor, the unemployed and young people without work."
