Slovenian cardinal denied paternity, agrees to test
CWN - September 07, 2012
Cardinal Franc Rodé, the retired prefect of the Congregation for Religious, has agreed to a paternity test, confident that it will disprove a claim that he fathered a child in the late 1960s.
The Slovenian prelate said that “I will defend my good name and honor with all legal means” in the face of the claim put forward by a 42-year-old man.
