Religious-freedom rallies scheduled for October 20

Catholic World News - September 07, 2012

Stand Up for Religious Freedom, the organization that sponsored religious-freedom rallies in March and June that attracted 125,000 people, has announced that the next round of rallies will take place on Saturday, October 20.

“From Miami, Florida to Seattle, Washington and all the way out to Honolulu, Hawaii the American people are sending a message that we will not stand idly by while the federal government forces all employer health plans to provide free contraceptives, sterilizations, and abortion-inducing drugs, regardless of any moral or religious objections,” the organization said in a statement.
