Baltimore priest admits abuse Facebook Twitter December 31, 2008

Pallottine Father Michael Salerno, who most recently served as a pastor in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, has admitted that he “did sexually abuse a boy who was approximately 13 years old at the time at the time of the initial abuse,” according a letter from his provincial dated Sunday. Father Salerno “admitted to the investigators that he sexually abused the person in question a number of times over a period of years.” Father Salerno was a brother at the time of the abuse and was ordained to the priesthood in 1993.
