Pope arrives in Milan for World Meeting of Families

Pope Benedict XVI arrived in Milan on Friday afternoon, June 1 to join the 7th World Meeting of Families.
During his weekend visit the Holy Father will speak to the people of Milan at the Piazza Duomo, attend a concert held in his honor at La Scala opera house, and preside at the Mass concluding the World Meeting of Families. A massive congregation of up to 1 million people is expected for the closing liturgy.
