Australian priest removed after revealing secret marriage
CWN - May 02, 2012
An Australian priest has been removed from ministry after he revealed that he had secretly married last year.
Father Kevin Lee defended himself by saying that many other priests were leading secret lives, and saying that although he had hidden his marriage, āIām sure people within the Church could have had a suspicion.ā Bishop Anthony Fisher of Parramatta dismissed those claims, saying that the priest was well aware of his responsibilities.

This person's defense almost sounds like, "Everyone else is doing it" that you hear young children use. It speaks volumes about the maturity of some priests and hopefully he is incorrect in saying "that many other priests were leading secret lives."
