Key accuser in Philadelphia abuse case has criminal record

A key witness for the prosecution in the sex-abuse trial of Philadelphia priests has a long history of criminal conduct including fabricated charges of crime, notes The Media Report.
The man who charged that he was raped by a Philadelphia priest has had repeated brushes with the law, with several incidents including allegations of fraud. In one case he entered a guilty plea to the charge of reporting a crime that had not taken place.
