Political strategist suggests new plans for US bishops in HHS mandate fight

Michael Uhlmann, who served in the Reagan White House and now teaches politics at the Claremont Graduate University, draws up a political strategy for the US bishops to follow in their attempt to overturn the Obama contraceptive mandate. Uhlmann argues that the bishops’ current tactics are likely to fail.
