Evidence supports Santorum on harmful effects of contraception

James Taranto of the Wall Street Journal recognizes that Rick Santorum has riled many Americans by saying that contraception has negative consequences, especially for women. However, Taranto observes, the available evidence suggests that Santorum is right.
