Promiscuity declines among teenagers

Catholic World News - November 07, 2011

Today’s teenagers are less sexually active than those of a generation ago, according to a recent study by the Centers for Disease Control.

“From 1988 to 2006-2010, the percentage of never-married males aged 15-19 who have ever had sexual intercourse dropped from 60% to 42%,” notes David Lapp, a research associate at the Institute for American Values. “For never-married females aged 15-19, it dropped from 51% to 43%.”

This is a study with a faulty conclusion. No one can be so naive as to believe this is true. I don't even have to look into the numbers to see that this is wishful thinking!
