Contraceptive policies have failed, analyst notes

After years of public advocacy for contraceptives, the rate of unplanned pregnancies continues to rise in the Western world, notes Tom O’Gorman for Ireland’s Iona Institute. The continued calls for government funding of contraception should be viewed with skepticism, he argues, since the track records is so dismal.
