Top Iranian court orders new trial for Christian convert facing execution

A Christian pastor who is facing the death penalty in Iran for forsaking Islam will receive a new trial as the result of an Iranian supreme court ruling.
The top court found that a lower court had not conducted an adequate investigation before convicting Rev. Yousof Nadarkhani and sentencing him to death for apostasy. The lower court will now hear his case again.
