Vatican pressure on US Jesuit theological journal?
CWN - August 30, 2011
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has been putting pressure on the editors of a Jesuit journal, Theological Studies, according to the National Catholic Reporter.
Citing unnamed sources, the Reporter says that the Vatican insisted that Theological Studies publish an article on the indissolubility of marriage, as a response to a controversial article published in the same journal several years ago.
