Madrid: man arrested for plot against anti-Catholic protestors

Spanish police have arrested a 24-year-old chemistry student from Mexico on suspicions that he was plotting a chemical attack on anti-papal protestors at World Youth Day.
The man planned to use “suffocating gases,” according to a police statement.
