Austrian media ignore pro-abortion violence
Catholic World News - August 15, 2011
Austrian media outlets ignored a violent attack on pro-lifers and the vandalizing of the offices of Human Life International (HLI).
“Imagine the reaction of the press if some pro-lifer had gone and smashed the windows of an abortion clinic,” said Dietmar Fischer, the HLI director in Austria, after a rampage in which vandals broke windows and destroyed equipment in an HLI office in Salzburg. Police intervened to protect pro-lifers from pro-abortion activists who were threatening them with bodily violence.
