Venezuelan cardinal asks prisoners to end revolt

Cardinal Jorge Urosa Savino of Caracas is calling upon inmates at a prison outside Caracas to end a 10-day-old revolt. One inmate has been killed and 20 National Guard troops have been injured in the uprising, in which 1,000 prisoners have been kidnapped by their fellow inmates.
