Further Information in Support of Example:

"Lack of spiritual prudence"

In its zeal to imbue Catholics with a deep traditional sense of the Faith, and because of its tendency to over-simplify complex problems, RealCatholicTV tends to criticize every competing Catholic opinion as unCatholic. No allowance is made for differences in preferences and values on Church questions about which good Catholics can disagree.

The result is a one-sided portrayal of Church problems which can lead a viewer to doubt the integrity, intentions and spirituality of others (including their pastors) who simply have different opinions on various subjects which are well within the bounds of legitimate Catholic thought.

This problem is very evident in the particular cases cited in the two previous examples.
