Catholic Recipe: Fresh Broccoli Parmesan

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Stand broccoli, tied in bunch, upright in bottom of double boiler containing water, salt. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Drain. Serve dotted with butter; sprinkle with cheese. Yield, 4 servings
