Catholic Recipe: Sauerkraut and Split Peas

DIRECTIONS

Cook split peas in water in saucepan 1 hour. Add sauerkraut. Sauté onion in butter until tender. Add with salt to peas and sauerkraut. Cook until thoroughly heated. Yield, 4 servings
